Absolutely. Kozer Development is a fully licensed General Contractor in the State of California (License # GNB32025-03150). We carry a $25,000 bond and $1,000,000 in General Liability insurance for your protection and ours.

We schedule them, and we check their work. You never have to manage a personality conflict or a scheduling error.
In many cases, yes. For kitchen and bath remodels, we set up dust barriers and keep the workspace isolated to minimize disruption. For larger whole-home renovations, we can discuss the best logistics to keep your family comfortable, though temporary relocation is sometimes recommended for speed and safety.
