Is the consultation free?

Yes. Our initial discovery call and on-site consultation for standard renovations are complimentary. For complex architectural additions requiring blueprints prior to quoting, a design fee may apply, which is credited toward the build cost.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We understand that renovations are a major expense. We partner with trusted third-party lenders to offer flexible financing options that allow you to start your project now and pay over time.

How long is the quote valid?

Due to the fluctuating cost of construction materials (lumber, copper, etc.), our proposals are typically valid for 30 days.

Do I need to have architectural plans ready?

Not necessarily. For cosmetic remodels (kitchens/baths), we can often work without them. For ADUs and additions, if you don’t have plans, we can connect you with our design partners to get them created.

What To Expect

Step 1

The Discovery Call

Once you submit the form below, our team will reach out to discuss your project briefly. We’ll ask about your goals, your timeline, and your rough budget to ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

Step 2

The On-Site Consultation

We don’t quote over the phone. A qualified estimator (not just a salesperson) will visit your property to take measurements, assess structural requirements, and identify any potential challenges (like plumbing relocation or load-bearing walls). This ensures our numbers are based on reality, not assumptions.

Step 3

The Detailed Proposal

We return to our office to build your quote. We source current material costs and calculate labor hours based on our crew’s availability. You will receive a line-item breakdown that shows you exactly what is included.

Step 4

Review & Scheduling

We walk you through the proposal to answer any questions. Once approved, we lock in your start date, order your materials, and begin the permitting process immediately.
