Is the consultation free?

Yes. Our initial discovery call and on-site consultation for standard renovations are complimentary. For complex architectural additions requiring blueprints prior to quoting, a design fee may apply, which is credited toward the build cost.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We understand that renovations are a major expense. We partner with trusted third-party lenders to offer flexible financing options that allow you to start your project now and pay over time.

How long is the quote valid?

Due to the fluctuating cost of construction materials (lumber, copper, etc.), our proposals are typically valid for 30 days.

Do I need to have architectural plans ready?

Not necessarily. For cosmetic remodels (kitchens/baths), we can often work without them. For ADUs and additions, if you don’t have plans, we can connect you with our design partners to get them created.
